Pieter Cosemans

As Delivery & Project Manager, Pieter is responsible for ensuring all CRANIUM projects can be carried out in a timely manner while ensuring quality and added value to our clients by overlooking planning, monitoring budgets and communicating with various colleagues within CRANIUM. As member of the Support Quality & Delivery (SQuaD) team, he overlooks several processes and is involved throughout the entire project lifecycle to provide guidance and support to consultants and managers. With his consistent and detailed approach, he aims to provide structure and reliable follow-up from deal to project closure.

Pieter is also the Health & Safety advisor at CRANIUM, being the point of contact for anything concerning health and safety at work.
