Knowledge Sharing
You will have access to a chat environment where DPOs can share knowledge and ask each other questions, supported by the CRANIUM team (who are also active on the platform.
In addition, you will receive a monthly newsletter with news updates tailored to the industry, updates on the platform or topics discussed in the steering committee.
Also part of the knowledge sharing are far several FAQs with extensive answers, including access to the full library (with over 200 answered questions, advice, checklists, templates and more by now).
Offline Events.
As a member of the platform, you get free admission to the annual conference day on privacy in healthcare.
In addition, we organise two committees per year. During such a committee we meet physically and meet with the members of the steering committee, Zorgnet Icuro and other stakeholders around the operation and activities of the platform, current and completed projects and new trends. From this, ideas may arise for FAQs, webinars, PGDs, newsletters and other new initiatives. Members who cannot attend can always suggest topics to be covered and always receive a report of the topics discussed.
Lunchmeetings
The lunch meetings are monthly informal half-hour online meetings where all members can join. During this meeting, we discuss current topics that are going on within healthcare institutions (e.g., dealing with difficult processing agreements, changes in the quality law,...), and provide feedback from CRANIUM.
Topics can be passed on in advance by DPOs, but this is not an obligation, we from CRANIUM make sure we always have some proposals of topics behind us. Proposals for FAQs, templates, newsletters can also be made during the lunch meeting.
Projects with Shared Cost
The platform is used not only for sharing knowledge and experiences among DPOs, but also as a network where all needs, concerns and questions are centralised and can be responded to faster.
CRANIUM can set up a shared-cost project on its own initiative or at the request of its members. The more participants, the cheaper the price.
In this way, we can tackle large projects in a cost-effective manner. Contact us for more information around these types of projects.
Free phishing simulation
As a member of the platform, you can participate in a phishing simulation for free through RESPONSUM.
In such a campaign, we send out a fake phishing email to all employees to test their alertness.
How many employees open the email? Do they click on the link? Or, do they even share data? You can check it all through this campaign.
Discount on CRANIUM Services
Thanks to a price agreement with Zorgnet-Icuro, you can get a 5% discount on CRANIUM's services (including taking on the role of external DPO, performing a DPIA, reviewing agreements, awareness sessions, etc.).
The number of participants determining the discount to be granted is determined on 31/12 of the previous year. In 2024, the basic discount of 15% was granted to all members of Zorgnet-Icuro participating in the platform.
Since CRANIUM and Zorgnet-Icuro wish to establish a long-term partnership that will benefit the operation of the platform, participation in the above terms is concluded for a period of 3 years.
