Starting your career is exciting—but it can be a lot. That’s why we created the Young Graduate Programme, kicking off every September. It’s our way of making sure you’re supported, confident, and ready to shine.
Joining us as a junior before September? You’ll be automatically enrolled. Through hands-on guidance, practical training, and a solid support network, we’ll get you fully up to speed for your very first client project—no stress, just growth.
What to expect from the Young Graduate Programme?
Getting to know you
Starting a new job can be scary, especially when you're fresh out of school. During the Young Graduate Programme, you'll get acquainted with your new colleagues as they will be teaching the classes. You'll know within the first month who is who within the company so you won't get lost. Of course, we'll also end the masterclass with a fun afterwork event.
Teamwork Makes the Dreams Work
You'll learn a lot those first few weeks. After the first month of training, we'll give you a chance to show off your newly learned skills, without throwing you off the deep end. You'll be able to do a project at the client, together with a more experienced consultant. This way, you'll get time to get accostumed to the job and learn the ropes from the first row.
Wide Range of Trainings
Our experts will share their savviness through specialised tracks for Privacy and Security, where you'll get acquainted with our solutions and products.
During this month, you'll also receive training from A to Z on various topics, such as Project Management, Consultancy 101 and certifications in our own CRANIUM CAMPUS (you'll be able to obtain your DPO certificate, our treat!).
