In 2024, Maya completed her Master in Criminal Law at the VUB. During her studies, she discovered a strong interest in privacy and data protection. What started with an elective course led to a thesis on the GDPR complaint procedure and an additional Master in Law & Technology. Her curiosity and drive brought her to Cranium, first as an intern and now as a privacy consultant.
With her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for privacy, Maya is eager to apply her knowledge to real-world challenges. She enjoys making privacy accessible and practical, helping organisations approach regulations with the same confidence and clarity she brings to her work.
Outside of work, Maya stays active through sports and shares her passion by coaching children
