Simon Geens joined CRANIUM after finishing his bar traineeship. During his traineeship, he mainly focused on corporate law and M&A.
Since Simon has started working at CRANIUM, he focussed on data protection projects at companies operating within an international context. This includes implementing a GDPR framework within the company, but also advising on day to day activities.
Simon is CIPP/E and CIPM certified.
Besides his work in the field of data protection, Simon has also a big fondness for digital law. Drafting and reviewing contracts, advising clients on specific topics but also on a more strategic level are his main interests. Specialised in: Digital law and International businesses
