Improve your compliance through a framework contract
Skip the procurement process and start your privacy and compliance journey faster.
Work with us through a framework contract
Many organisations are legally or internally required to go through a procurement process before they can purchase external services. That takes time, and delays the launch of privacy and compliance initiatives.
With an active framework contract, you skip that step. The tender has already been completed, the market research is done, and the terms have been agreed. This means you know you’re working with fair, well-substantiated rates. All that’s left for you to do is determine what your organisation needs.
Our active framework contracts
VLAIO - Cybersecurity Improvement Trajectories
VLAIO supports Flemish SMEs and NIS2-obligated organisations in strengthening their cybersecurity through accredited providers. This contract was jointly awarded to us and Cingulum, which delivers the trajectories.
You may be eligible for 50% subsidy (SMEs) or 35% subsidy (non-SMEs subject to NIS2).
Koopkoepel - GDPR and NIS2
Koopkoepel is a purchasing cooperative for healthcare providers and other affiliated members. Through this framework contract (tender 2025-376-CON), we offer GDPR consultancy and DPOaaS, while Cingulum provides NIS2 guidance and implementation support.
Note: this contract has already been awarded. Existing members who didn't sign up can no longer join and new members need explicit approval from Koopkoepel.
VMSW - Information security services for housing associations
Through the Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Sociaal Wonen (VMSW), Flemish housing organisations can access information security services and GDPR advice. This contract (tender ICT/2024/01) was awarded to us. Cingulum delivers the information security services on our behalf.
The contract runs from October 2024 to October 2027, with the option to extend by one year. Three profiles are available at fixed rates.
Framework contract Stad Brugge
